I produce sites to W3C and WCAG standards, but accessibility is about more than just meeting a few technical guidelines. Usability is absolutely core to the way all your visitors experience your website. Every element of your site should have obvious functionality, be clearly legible and function the same way regardless of browser or bandwidth.
